What do you plan to do with your one wild and perfect life?

Change is a given. What crossroads are you facing?

Life constantly hands us new challenges. How we respond is up to us. I think people are fundamentally robust and resourceful—capable of facing change and coming up with good responses, once we get out of our way and tap our strengths. My approach is to believe in you. Coaching is about asking powerful questions that get you thinking. And, out of that dialogue, positive transitions come.

As a coach, my youngest clients have been fresh out of college; my oldest client is in her seventies. Some are working on career, some on relationships, some on thriving as they embrace life’s third act. Still, at every age, we long for the same things: to matter, to belong, to contribute, to make a difference—to use our time on the planet well. Figuring out how to do that is a strange and wonderful inquiry.

As the philosopher Alan Watts noted, “The universe, including ourselves, is thoroughly wiggly.”

“Thanks so much for all of your help. You were an amazing coach and I learned a ton from you.” - P.W.

I know what it feels like to go through a big transition. I’ve also done years of work with individuals, groups, and boards facing change. There’s always a way forward. I can share some different tools and approaches for finding it.
